⛏ 2 Things You Can't Miss

Greetings  Contrarian,

TradingEconomics.com

This is The Next Big Rush, your daily drop of mining/energy investing news. Where we come together and do a special something.

Hop onboard and check this out:

On this issue, we will look at recommended sources for your investing arsenal. Tools to add to your treasure chest on your quest to finding the best possible investment opportunities.

👍🏻 1- Gold Discovery

A really cool portal that lets you filter different companies, identifiable through resource, activity and even news!

I love playing around and have even found the best drilling intercepts to date in 2023 measure in Gold Equivalent.

Seriously. Go play with it for 5 minutes and I can guarantee you're going to love it. Big shout out to the founder and one of the best stock pickers I know, Luc ten Have

Here are the Canadian Drill Results they've reported for today:

💪🏼2- VRIC

The Editor is biased since Jay Martin, who runs this show, keeps inviting us to come back and speak. The truth is, coming to VRIC this year, with a turnout that's three times what we had last year, is very much worth it.

If you own more than $30k+ worth of resource stocks, I think it may be worth a trip up. Here are a few tips to get the most out of it:

  • Yes, the talks are great (thank you very much), but they are all recorded. They take a while to be published so don't expect immediate release.

  • There are always parties and events alongside it where you can meet fellow investors, CEOs that can't resist the open bars and financiers who will tell you who to be careful with.

  • This is still very much an old industry based on relationships. If you think you'd like to get involved in the industry in a more hands-on way, you have to meet these people and shake their hands.

PDAC will be on in Toronto in a few weeks, and it's a much bigger show. I think if you need to pick one, pick coming to Vancouver and freeze your butt off  in January, but come early so you can catch MIF.

Good things are happening!

The Editor
