The current market cap of the company is just under C$13m.
🤫 Graphite One Buys Back Royalty
The NSR was attached to mining claims owned by Graphite One. In exchange for the repurchase, Graphite One will issue 456,500 common shares of the company to Sheardown at a price of CA$1.48 per share.
The remaining NSRs on the Graphite Creek Property are a 5.0% and a 2.5% NSR, which can be partially purchased for a total of US$4 million.
Graphite One plans to establish a complete U.S.-based supply chain for advanced graphite materials, including a manufacturing plant for battery anodes and a recycling facility, integrated with the Graphite Creek development in Washington State.
Winners move when the market is down, and the graphite market is definitely down, but probably not for long.
