Founders Metals Inc. (TSXV: FDR) reports assay results from its 2023 drill program at the Antino Gold Project in southeastern Suriname, South America.

Highlights:

  • 45.79 m of 4.06 g/t gold

  • 6.80 m of 13.97 g/t gold

  • 21.00 m of 1.19 g/t gold 

These results extend high-grade gold mineralization by over 80 meters from historical intercepts, totaling over 175 meters of high-grade gold mineralization from surface.

The stock has more than doubled since late August.

πŸ˜• Pan America Closes Mine

Pan American Silver Corp. (NYSE: PAAS) (TSX: PAAS) has temporarily suspended all operating activities at its La Colorada mine in Mexico.

On October 5th, the mine experienced an armed robbery of two trailers of concentrate. Pan American has activated care and maintenance activities at the mine while working with state and federal authorities regarding the incident.
