😲 $BIG Crashes At Open
Hercules Silver Corp. (TSXV: BIG) (OTCQB: BADEF) (FSE: 8Q7) reported assay results for the latest holes drilled into the new Leviathan Porphyry Copper discovery at its Hercules project located in western Idaho.
Highlights:
161m of 0.45% Cu, 148 ppm Mo, 4.4 g/t Ag, including 79m of 0.53% Cu, 7.3 g/t Ag in 450m Step-Out
Investors clearly expected more as the stock crashed more than 40% at open and remains at these levels at the time of writing. The Leviathan Porphyry remains open for expansion in multiple directions and thus far has only been tested within the 2022 IP survey area. Maybe a bit too soon to jump ship? Time will tell.
✍ Abra Signs Deal With Major
AbraSilver Resource Corp. (TSX.V: ABRA) (OTC: ABBRF) has signed a binding letter agreement with a Teck Resources Limited subsidiary for a proposed option and joint venture deal concerning the La Coipita copper-gold project in San Juan, Argentina.
Under the agreement, Teck can acquire an 80% interest in La Coipita by funding $20 million in exploration expenses over five years, making staged cash payments totaling $3 million, and optional cash payments up to $6.3 million. Teck will operate the project after an initial transition period. The agreement is set to create a new Argentine company with Teck holding 80% and AbraSilver 20%.
The completion of the transaction is contingent on various conditions and approvals, expected around January 14, 2024.
