😉 China Seals Uranium Deal

The Board of Directors of NAC Kazatomprom JSC has convened an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) due to a significant transaction with China’s State Nuclear Uranium Resource Development Company Limited (SNURDC).

The deal involves selling natural uranium concentrates to SNURDC. The cumulative value of this and previous transactions with SNURDC accounts for fifty percent or more of Kazatomprom's total asset book value. Given the magnitude of the deal, it necessitates EGM consideration, as mandated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

This is the second deal of this kind this year.

😎 Historical Uranium in Wyoming

MYRIAD URANIUM CORP. (CSE: M) (OTCQB: MYRUF) (FSE: C3Q), a former sponsor of TNBR and current JV of Rush Rare Metals where our humble editor currently serves on the board, has been able to identify historical data pertaining to the Copper Mountain project, Wyoming.

Highlights:

• Up to $74 million (inflation adjusted) dollars spent by Rocky Mountain Energy Corp. on exploration and development

• Historical uranium resources between 15.7 million pounds and 30.1 million pounds U₃0₈ at Copper Mountain

Myriad holds an option to earn up to 75% of the project from Rush Rare Metals Corp. (CSE:RSH). We’re long, strong, and biased both companies.
