😋 More Copper In Milei’s Land

Minsud Resources Corp. (TSXV: MSR) announced the receipt of assay results from eight additional drillholes, which were completed as part of the ongoing Phase IV infill and scout drilling program at the Chita Valley Project, San Juan Province, Argentina.

Highlights:

• 555.0m @ 0.43% Cu, 0.19 g/t Au and 4.80 g/t Ag, from 246m depth, including: 44.0m @ 1.12% Cu, 0.29 g/t Au, 9.52 g/t Ag, from 462.0m depth.

Since the commencement of the Earn-in agreement with South32, a total of 98 drill holes have been completed to date, encompassing 63,168 metres.

🤝 Vizsla Acquisition

Vizsla Copper Corp. (TSXV: VCU) (OTCQB: VCUFF) (FRANKFURT: 97E0) announced today that it has entered into a definitive arrangement agreement with Universal Copper Ltd. (TSX.V: UNV, FRANKFURT: 3TA2) whereby Vizsla Copper will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of UNV.

The transaction involves exchanging UNV shares for Vizsla Copper shares at an exchange ratio of 0.23, with UNV shareholders owning approximately 23.3% of Vizsla Copper post-acquisition. 

The Poplar Project, its flagship asset highlights:

• Indicated Mineral Resource: 152.3 million tonnes grading 0.32% copper, 0.009% molybdenum, 0.09 g/t gold, and 2.58 g/t silver.

• Inferred Mineral Resource: 139.3 million tonnes grading 0.29% copper, 0.005% molybdenum, 0.07 g/t gold, and 4.95 g/t silver.

Companies making a bet for copper grades below the usual headline grabbers. Very telling of where they think this market is going. Or are they betting on higher grade within the project that we don’t know about yet? We wish them success.
