 💵 Seabridge Gets Big Cheque From Sprott

Seabridge Gold has announced that its subsidiary, KSM Mining, has reached a royalty agreement with Sprott Resource Streaming and Royalty Corp.

Under the agreement, Sprott will pay $150 million to KSM Mining and receive a 1.2% net smelter royalty on Seabridge's KSM project in British Columbia, Canada.

The funds will be used to advance the KSM project and obtain government approval.

Seabridge aims to achieve the "substantially started" designation, complete key tasks for construction readiness, and enhance the project's value.

The royalty agreement includes options for KSM Mining to buy back a portion of the royalty and make quarterly payments to Sprott.

🔥 Calibre Hits Solid Intercepts

Calibre Mining Corp. (TSX: CXB) (OTCQX: CXBMF) is announcing drill results from the resource conversion and expansion program within its 100% owned, Eastern Borosi Mine Complex (EBM) in northeastern Nicaragua.

Highlights:

• 12.9 g/t Au over 8.5 metres Estimated True Width (“ETW”) including 23.30 g/t Au over 1.6 metres ETW and 35.50 g/t Au over 1.24 metres ETW in Hole BL-23-097;

• 10.61 g/t Au over 7.2 metres ETW including 27.47 g/t Au over 2.3 metres ETW in Hole BL-23-099;

• 7.1 g/t Au over 5.0 metres ETW including 14.75 g/t Au over 2.3 metres in Hole BL-23-102.

🤟🏼 Delta Hits Bonanza Grade in Canada

Delta Resources Limited (TSXV: DLTA) (OTC Pink: DTARF) (FSE: 6GO1) just came out with assay results from the last four drill holes of the 2023 Phase 1 drill program from the Delta-1 gold project 50 km west of Thunder-Bay, Ontario.

Highlights:

1636 g/t and 697 g/t Gold over 1.0 Metre Intervals

They also hit visible gold in the core of their second phase of drilling announced April 24, 2023. Can’t be bad.
