🔋 Nickel Deal In Brazil

ACG Acquisition Company's $1 billion deal to purchase the Santa Rita nickel sulphide and Serrote copper mines in Brazil is significant for green technologies. 

Backed by Glencore, Stellantis, and Volkswagen's PowerCo, the acquisition is supposed to ensure a steady supply of critical minerals for electric vehicle batteries.

The move underlines the strategic importance of securing resources crucial for the global transition to “greener energy solutions and electric mobility”. Here it is again, folks.

🤩 Heliostar Drills 46m of 13.4 g/t

Heliostar Metals Ltd. (TSXV: HSTR) (OTCQX: HSTXF) (FSE: RGG1) reports additional drill results from the Ana Paula project in Mexico. This is the area of the deposit that Heliostar believes has the potential to increase grade significantly.

Highlights:

• 129.2 metres @ 6.0 grams per tonne (g/t) gold including;

• 46.0 metres @ 13.4 g/t gold

• 13.95 metres @ 6.4 g/t gold

DLP Resources Inc. (TSXV: DLP) (OTCQB: DLPRF) announced the receipt of drill results for the sixth hole, A23-006 on the Aurora porphyry copper-molybdenum project in southern Peru.

1.01% CuEq* over 208.55m

(0.08% Cu, 0.260% Mo and 0.86g/t Ag)

At closer look, we think this should be “moly equivalent” since that’s the prevailing mineral. The richest copper hit was the following section of the same hole:

0.82% CuEq* over 36.00m

(0.62% Cu, 0.031% Mo and 9.10g/t Ag) from 91.00m to 127.00m

🤞 Osino DFS

Osino Resources Corp. (TSXV:OSI) (FSE:RSR1) (OTCQX:OSIIF) has just announced the results of the definitive feasibility study (“DFS”) for their Twin Hills Gold Project in Namibia. 

Highlights:

NPV5 of US$480m (post-tax) and IRR of 28% at US$1750/oz gold price

Capex: US$365m

Payback: 2.2 years

NPV5 of US$656m (post-tax) and IRR of 36% at US$1950/oz gold price

The market seems to like it, since we’re modestly up and not horribly down like usual.
