πŸ‘ Global Commits Pounds

Global Atomic Corporation (TSX: GLO) (OTCQX: GLATF) (Frankfurt: G12) has finalized a Letter of Intent (LOI) for the sale of uranium from its Dasa Project in the Republic of Niger. This LOI represents the supply of up to 3.5 million pounds U3O8 within a multi-year delivery window starting in 2026, accounting for about 14% of Dasa's annual adjusted Phase 1 production over the period.

The total contracted offtake now reaches approximately 30% of Dasa's initial five-year scheduled production. The potential revenue from this award, at current prices, is valued at approximately US$250 million in nominal terms.

Ever wonder what the books of uranium producers look like right now? We present to you a late-stage developer in a West African country currently under demi-sanctions and unable to export.

What a time to be invested, friends!

😐 Glencore Rethinking Italy

Glencore expressed disappointment at the extended approval process by the Sardinia local government after it denied a fast-track approval for the pilot project of their planned for a recycling hub in Europe for electric car batteries.

They are now considering alternatives. Commissioning of the hub was expected to begin in late 2026 to early 2027, but now, timelines cannot be guaranteed.

We’re not going to make any mafia jokes. Promise.
