π₯ M&A Heats Up Uranium
IsoEnergy (TSXV: ISO) (OTCQX: ISENF) and Consolidated Uranium (TSXV: CUR) (OTCQX: CURUF) have entered into a definitive arrangement agreement for a share-for-share merger.
Highlights:
Consolidated Uranium shareholders will receive 0.500 IsoEnergy common shares for each CUR Share held in the merger.
The estimated fully diluted equity value of the combined company is approximately $903.5 million.
Existing IsoEnergy shareholders will own about 70.5% of the merged company, while Consolidated Uranium shareholders will own approximately 29.5%.
Iso is known for their high-grade hurricane deposit, while Consolidated has gained a very diversified portfolio of U3O8. This is a mammoth in the making.
π Positive Polymetallic Hit
Northisle Copper and Gold Inc. (TSX-V: NCX) has received assay results from its 2023 drill program at the Northwest Expo target on the North Island Project.
Highlights
130m of 1.65g/t Au and 0.33% Cu
Including 72m of 2.22g/t Au and 0.41% Cu
and 15m of 3.42g/t and 1.15% Cu
