Awalé Resources Limited (TSXV: ARIC) has announced results from drilling at the BBM Zone within the Odienné Project in Côte d'Ivoire, West Africa.
Highlights:
27 metres of 2.7 grams per tonne gold equivalent, including 12 metres of 3.9 grams per tonne gold equivalent from 435 metres downhole.
10 metres of 2.8 grams per tonne gold equivalent within 22 metres of 2 grams per tonne gold equivalent from 454 metres downhole.
The team has launched a 4,000-metre diamond drilling program, fully backed by Newmont, as part of its broader exploration push through 2024 and into 2025.
😉 More Gold in Africa
Kobo Resources Inc. (TSX.V: KRI) has reported additional gold intercepts from its 100%-owned Kossou Gold Project in Côte d'Ivoire, West Africa.
Highlights:
7.0 metres of 3.66 grams per tonne gold from 160 metres depth.
4.0 metres of 3.26 grams per tonne gold from 255 metres depth.
9.0 metres of 1.39 grams per tonne gold from 106 metres depth.
Kobo’s 10,000-metre drill program is showing strong results. With a second rig on site and improved access, they’re set to finish by mid-January 2025.
