Cerro states that the latest results exceed expectations, especially for silver and gallium, with gallium providing additional upside. As we type, speculators are unfazed, with the stock up just 1.5%, suggesting they’re still processing the news.
🤩 69 Million Investment
Patriot Battery Metals (TSX: PMET) secures a C$69 million investment from Volkswagen, acquiring 9.9% of shares. Volkswagen also commits to a 10-year offtake agreement annually for 100,000 tonnes of spodumene concentrate from the Shaakichiuwaanaan Lithium Project in Québec.
This partnership boosts Patriot's position in the North American and European battery supply chains. Collaboration plans include joint development, ESG initiatives, and a potential chemical conversion facility.
The agreement is set to close in mid-January 2025.
