First Mining Gold Corp. (TSX: FF; OTCQX: FFMGF; FSE: FMG) announced final results from the 2024 East Extension Phase 1 diamond drilling program at the Springpole Gold Project, Ontario, Canada. 

Highlights:

• 134.2 metres of 0.75 g/t gold and 3.30 g/t silver.

• 105.4 metres of 0.67 g/t gold and 12.79 g/t silver.

The team says they will now integrate these results into an updated 3D model and plan further exploration.

Kootenay Silver Inc. (TSXV: KTN) reports drill results from the Columba High-Grade Silver Project in Chihuahua, Mexico. 

Highlights:

• 0.63 metres of 411 g/t silver, 0.18% lead, 0.32% zinc.

• 2.33 metres of 522 g/t silver, 0.46% lead, 0.8% zinc, within 21 metres of 126 g/t silver.

• 5.53 metres of 207 g/t silver, 0.11% lead, 0.36% zinc, including 0.46 metres of 394 g/t silver.

The company says these results reinforce Columba's high-grade potential, with infill drilling at the F Vein confirming strong grades, and the I Vein and La Preciosa offering great targets for further discoveries.
