๐Ÿ˜Ž Want To Understand The Tin Thesis?

Chris Donaldson, CEO of our client and sponsor TinOne has kindly sat down with us and explained why heโ€™s so excited about tin. He also details how TinOne has accidentally found another very cool mineral on their properties, and how majors are flocking to his backyard with the same interest.

๐Ÿ‘ Lithium Miner Doubles Down

Albemarle (NYSE: ALB), the world's largest lithium producer, has awarded a A$200 million ($135m) contract to engineering firm Monadelphous Group (ASX: MND) as part of its plan to double lithium hydroxide output at its Kemerton plant in Western Australia.

Albemarle aims to boost the plant's production by 50,000 tonnes per year, eventually achieving an annual output of 100,000 tonnes. The expansion involves constructing two additional processing trains at the Kemerton facility. Monadelphous' role encompasses the structural, mechanical, and electrical works associated with these new trains.

The project is expected to be completed in the second half of 2025.

๐Ÿ˜ฎ Copper Juniors On High Alert

You may have noticed that Small to mid-sized copper miners are struggling due to falling copper prices, leading many to cut output and consider new investment to survive the downturn.

Depressed prices are forcing companies to reduce exploration budgets and other expenses, potentially leading to an increase in M&A activity in the sector.

This year has already seen $22 billion worth of copper M&A launched. The need for additional liquidity and the difficulty of developing new mines could drive further consolidation in the industry.

Thereโ€™s nothing bad in mining that canโ€™t get worse. We foresee bargains.
