ATHA Energy Corp. (CSE: SASK) (FRA: X5U) (OTCQB: SASKF) announced its buying Latitude Uranium Inc. (CSE: LUR) (at a 68% premium) and 92 Energy Limited (ASX: 92E) (at a 78% premium).
These acquisitions are part of ATHA's broader strategy to create Canada's premier exploration company, focusing on uranium. The transactions will be funded by raising approximately C$14 million.
Benefits include access to significant uranium resources, increased market capitalization, improved liquidity, and stronger institutional interest.

👏 Lithium Hit In S.A.
Lithium Ionic Corp. (TSXV: LTH; OTCQX: LTHCF; FSE: H3N) reports results from the ongoing drilling program at the Salinas Lithium Project, Minas Gerais State, Brazil.
Highlights:
27.6m of 1.13% Li2O, including 9m of 1.34% Li2O — their best finding ever
11.9m of 1.60% Li2O
9.8m of 1.45%
This is located approximately 100 kilometres north of the company’s Itinga group of properties, which hosts the Feasibility-stage Bandeira lithium project and the Outro Lado lithium deposit.
