🥳 U.S. Increases Nuclear Support

As we’ve been saying for the better part of a year, the winds are changing in the USA when the subject is nuclear.

The Nuclear Fuel Security Act of 2023, introduced by Senator Barrasso and co-sponsored by Senators Manchin and Risch, was overwhelmingly passed by the U.S. Senate. Its aim is to establish a Nuclear Fuel Security Program this month, increasing domestic production of uranium for nuclear energy.

This move seeks to reduce reliance on foreign sources, strengthen the economy, and enhance national security. The act received bipartisan support with a vote of 96-3 and is set to be included in the fiscal year 2024 National Defense Authorization Act.

We told you so!

🤩 PMET Juicy Lithium Resource

Patriot Battery Metals (TSX-V: PMET) (ASX: PMT) (OTCQX: PMETF) (FSE: R9GA) announced the resource of what is now known as the largest lithium pegmatite resource in the Americas, CV5, located in Quebec, Canada.

Highlights:

  • 109.2 million metric tons with 1.42% Li2O.

  • 160 ppm Ta2O5 at a 0.40% Li2O cut-off grade.

The pegmatite body extends over a 3.7 km strike length and remains open for expansion along strike and depth. The maiden resource estimate includes only CV5 and excludes other spodumene pegmatite clusters on the property, offering significant growth potential.

Patriot plans to continue aggressive drilling and development studies at CV5 and explore other known spodumene pegmatite areas on the property.

Congratulations to Jody and the gang!
